What is supported, what remains local, and when the tool refuses to create an incomplete workbook.
Does my PowerPoint leave the browser?
No. PPTX parsing and Excel generation run locally in this browser. The page does not upload your presentation, comments, authors, or workbook.
Which PowerPoint comments are supported?
The exporter supports legacy comments and Microsoft 365 modern comments, including nested replies and active, resolved, or closed thread states when those relationships are present.
What is included in the Excel workbook?
The Comments sheet includes IDs, parent IDs, thread type, status, slide number, slide title, author, date, comment, workflow columns, and coverage notes. Export Notes explains detected schemas and limits.
Why might the export be blocked?
If a comment structure is detected but cannot be covered reliably, the tool returns COMMENT_COVERAGE_BLOCKED instead of creating a misleading partial workbook.
Can I export several presentations at once?
Not in the first version. It handles one PPTX at a time. Multi-presentation export is the single Pro-interest hypothesis being measured.
