What is supported, what stays local, and which review structures remain outside the first version.
Does my document leave the browser?
No. DOCX parsing and Excel generation run locally in this browser. The page does not upload your document, comments, authors, tracked changes, or workbook.
Which tracked changes are included?
Pending text insertions and deletions in the main document are exported as separate rows with author, date, location, and context when available.
Which tracked changes are not included?
Moved text, formatting, table structure, accepted or rejected history, and replacement guessing are not included. Detected unsupported types appear in Export Notes.
Does the export include replies and resolved status?
When thread information can be matched reliably, replies and status are included. Otherwise those cells are marked Unknown instead of being guessed.
Why are page numbers not included?
Word pagination depends on fonts, layout, and the Word renderer. Referenced text and paragraph context are more reliable in a browser-only tool.
Which documents are supported?
The tool accepts one unencrypted DOCX up to 25 MB. Word for Windows is validated. Word for Mac and Word for Web are processed best-effort and unavailable thread details remain Unknown.
