By using DocReviewKit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in the place where you live or work.

The current tools are provided without an account and are intended for lawful document review and workflow support.

You keep ownership of your files and output. You are responsible for having the right and authority to process each file and for following confidentiality, privacy, employment, contractual, and records-management obligations that apply to it.

Do not use DocReviewKit to process content obtained unlawfully or content you are not permitted to access.

• Do not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activity.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to bypass file, parser, or security limits.
• Do not interfere with the site, probe restricted systems, or overload the service.
• Do not misrepresent generated output as a complete record beyond stated coverage.

Output depends on the structure and compatibility of the source Office file. Supported review items, exclusions, warnings, and limits are described on each tool page and in the generated Export Notes sheet.

You must review the workbook before relying on it. DocReviewKit does not guarantee that every Office client, file variant, revision type, comment relationship, or document location will be supported.

DocReviewKit provides technical extraction and organization tools. It does not provide legal, compliance, audit, records-management, employment, or other professional advice, and it does not replace review by a qualified professional.

DocReviewKit's site design, written content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights to third-party libraries remain with their respective owners.

Microsoft, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google, and other product names are the property of their respective owners. DocReviewKit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft or Google.

The site may change, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, or supported formats. Reasonable efforts are made to keep published coverage accurate, but uninterrupted availability is not promised.

The site and outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. No warranty is made that an export is complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DocReviewKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
